Company-specific and customized training for managers and employees

One of her favorite assignments is when she gets to design corporate customized training (hybrid, fully online or physical) train, adapt and equip managers in effective models of transformation with the aim that they train their employees in strategic and tactical leadership, self-leadership and organization in their own unique context. The latest assignment was a physical 2-day training for all Postnord Sweden leaders.
