Designed for real change

Ebba is an expert in designing and delivering engaging and effective courses for a wide range of audiences. She teaches courses at YH, bachelor, master, PhD and MBA level, and also tailors training for organizations and teams that want to develop their ability to lead and collaborate in change.

What you get:
  • Tailor-made training for teams, management groups and entire organizations designed according to your actual needs and objectives
  • Hybrid, physical or digital format adapted to your everyday life
  • Co-creative pedagogy with a focus on real-world application, reflection and action
  • A combination of research, theory and practice with methods that are proven, useful and adapted to the context in which you operate
  • Flipped classroom format, where your own perspectives drive the learning

Change often means being in the middle of something you don't have full control over, and that's why in Ebba's courses there are both clear frameworks and an openness to the unexpected. The pedagogy is based on co-creation, psychological safety and curious exploration, where you not only learn from the content but also from each other. You get time to stop, think together and approach the difficult without simplifying - and what you take with you is not only new thoughts, but also increased clarity and courage to take the next step in the right direction.

Transformation in Practice - from strategy to real movement

This course is for those who are in the middle of a change journey and are looking for tools, structure and support to create real movement - not just new plans. The course is experiential and active: you work hands-on with your own challenges, in a format that combines coaching, practical application and reflection. The result is immediately tangible - a concrete movement forward, while building a toolbox that continues to create value long after the course ends.

Leading in uncertainty and complexity

In an era of geopolitical turmoil, technological shifts and economic instability, traditional leadership is not enough. This course takes lessons from modern military leadership - where people need to be able to make independent decisions in complex, rapidly changing situations - and translates them into a civilian context of innovation, transformation and development.

Self-leadership in challenging times

In a world that is constantly changing, we are not only faced with external demands - but also with internal questions. How do I want to lead myself in what is complex, fast and sometimes unpredictable? This course will help you explore what self-leadership really means for you, in your particular life situation, role and context.

Courses usually have a small group size (about 10-18 participants), to provide deep reflection and personal exchange of experience.
Active selection process ensures safe groups without competitors.

  • Enterprise-customized versions enable transformation across teams or departments
  • All courses can be delivered as customized courses for large companies and small teams. They are hybrid distance learning, online or physical onsite.

I work with a network of the best trainers and coaches. They are fully updated on both methodology and content.
